These Terms of Service govern your use of the Prime Import website and any order you place with Prime Import. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and customization

Prime Import sources and manufactures private-label products through certified manufacturers. Product images are for illustration; final products are produced according to the specifications, labels and packaging you approve in writing.

2. Orders and minimum quantities

Prices for Mini and Bulk Orders are per piece unless stated otherwise, and each listing shows its minimum order quantity. We may cancel or adjust orders that do not meet the minimum quantity, and we will contact you before doing so.

3. Your brand and artwork

You confirm that you own or have the right to use any logo, name, artwork or formula you provide. You are responsible for the claims printed on your labels and for meeting the regulations that apply in the countries where you sell.

4. Payment

Orders are processed after payment is received. Prices are listed in US dollars.

5. Shipping, refunds and cancellations

Shipping, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prime Import is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders.
